Plans (Pro and Team)

• Changed your mind? Ask within 7 days of paying and before you used more than 10% of that month's credits: we refund the full amount.
• Later than that, unused full months of a 3- or 12-month payment can be refunded on request, minus the months started.
• Credits already used are not refunded.

Credit packs

Unused credit packs can be refunded within 14 days of buying, if none of the pack was used.

Certification

• Before your first exam attempt: full refund within 14 days.
• After an attempt has started, the fee is not refundable.
• If a technical problem on our side ended an attempt, we give the attempt back.

Something went wrong with a payment

If you were charged but did not get what you bought, contact us with the receipt number. We check it with Qi Card and fix it, usually within 2 working days.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the card you paid with, through Qi Card. Your bank may take some days to show it.
