1. Who we are

BlueMesh is a desktop application and online service for network engineers, run by (). "We" means ; "you" means the person using BlueMesh.

2. Your account

You need an account to use the AI features. Give a real e-mail address and keep your password secret. One person, one account: free credits are given once per person and per computer. We may block accounts that abuse the service, share an account, try to get free credits more than once, or break these terms. We tell you why when we can.

3. What BlueMesh does, and what it does not

BlueMesh sends your questions, and the lab or file content you choose to share, to AI providers (DeepSeek and Anthropic) to produce answers. AI answers can be wrong. Check every configuration before you use it on a real network. BlueMesh's Live Network feature only connects to devices you point it at with your own credentials; you are responsible for having permission to manage them. We are not responsible for outages, data loss or security problems caused by applying an answer or a change.

4. Credits and plans

Credits pay for AI use. Prices are shown in USD; Qi Card charges the same amount in IQD at the rate shown at checkout. Each answer uses credits according to the model, its length, and whether Think is on; the app shows what each answer used. Monthly plan credits start again each month and do not carry over. Bought and gifted credits stay until used, but expire if the account is deleted or blocked for abuse. Plans are prepaid for 1, 3 or 12 months and do not renew automatically. Prices can change; a change never affects months you already paid for.

5. Payments

Payments are made through the Qi Card payment gateway. We never see or store your full card number. You get a receipt by e-mail. See the Refund policy for refunds.

6. BlueMesh Certification

The certification fee buys a set number of attempts. Exams are taken alone, in the BlueMesh app, without help, other programs, other screens or AI. Leaving the exam window, using a prohibited program or other cheating ends the attempt. Passing both stages starts a review; we may refuse or later withdraw a certificate if an attempt was not fair, and we will tell you why. Approved certificates can be checked by anyone on our website by their ID.

7. Acceptable use

Don't use BlueMesh to attack networks or systems you don't own or manage, to write malware, to break the law, to resell access, or to overload or reverse-engineer the service. AI providers' own usage rules also apply to what you send.

8. Your content

Your chats, labs and files stay on your computer unless you send them to the AI. You keep all rights to your content. You give us permission to process it only to run the service.

9. Changes and ending

We may change these terms; for important changes we tell you in the app or by e-mail before they apply. You can delete your account at any time in Settings > Account. We may end the service with at least 30 days' notice and refund unused prepaid months.

10. Liability

BlueMesh is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
