Getting started

  1. Download BlueMesh for your computer from the Download page and install it.
  2. Open BlueMesh and create an account with your e-mail (or Continue with Google). Type the 6-digit code we e-mail you.
  3. Ask a question, or open a GNS3 project or a Packet Tracer (.pkt) file with Open lab.

Credits

Every AI answer uses credits. A normal question on Standard uses about 7 credits; a long project PDF answered by Expert with Think can use a few hundred. Each answer shows what it used, and Settings > Plan shows your balance and history.

The Free plan gives 300 credits each month (Standard model). Pro gives 6,000 a month, Team 20,000 shared by the whole team. Monthly credits start again every month; bought credits stay until used.

Models and Think

Think makes the model reason before it answers. It is better for troubleshooting and design, but slower and uses about 2 to 4 times the credits.

If a model's provider is down, BlueMesh answers with another model and tells you. You never pay more than the model you chose.

Plans and payment

Plans are prepaid for 1, 3 or 12 months and paid with Qi Card (Visa and Mastercard work too). Nothing is charged automatically: we e-mail you 7 days and 2 days before your plan ends. Buying again adds the months to the end of your current plan.

Students of partner universities: Settings > Plan > University offer. Enter your university e-mail, type the code we send there, and Pro and Team are 50% off for a year.

Team

The Team owner invites engineers by e-mail in Settings > Team. They sign in to BlueMesh with that e-mail and accept. Everyone uses the team's shared credits; the owner can set a monthly limit per person.

BlueMesh Certification

Stage 1 is a timed theory exam (55 questions, 90 minutes, pass mark 82%). Stage 2 is ten broken labs in a simulated Cisco CLI (150 minutes, all ten must be fixed). Take them in either order. During an exam the AI is paused, other programs must be closed and you must stay in the exam window: 5 strikes end the attempt. After you pass both, your certificate is reviewed and you get an e-mail when it is approved. Anyone can check it on the Verify page.

Your data

Chats, labs and files stay on your computer. The server keeps your account, credits, payments and exam results. Download or delete your data in Settings > Account, or on My account. Read the Privacy Policy.
