Getting started

Install BlueMesh, make your account and ask your first question.

لەم پەڕەیەدا

BlueMesh is an AI assistant for network engineers and students. It reads your GNS3 and Cisco Packet Tracer labs, finds what is broken, writes the Cisco IOS fix and explains why.

1. Get the app

  • Windows: BlueMesh is coming to the Microsoft Store. We will put the Store link on this site when it is live.
  • Linux: download it from the home page.
  • Mac: not ready yet. Leave your e-mail on the home page and we will tell you when it is.

2. Make your account

  1. Open BlueMesh and click Create a free account at the bottom of the left sidebar.
  2. Type your name, e-mail and a password (at least 8 characters). If a friend gave you an Invite code, type it too: you both get extra credits.
  3. Tick I accept the Terms and the Privacy Policy and click Create my account.
  4. We e-mail you a 6-digit code. Type it to verify your e-mail. Your free credits start after this step. Can't find it? Look in your spam folder.

You can also click Continue with Google. BlueMesh opens your web browser; finish there and the app carries on by itself.

3. Ask your first question

Type a question in the message box and press Enter. For example: Why is my OSPF neighbor stuck in INIT?

Each answer shows how many credits it used. Read more in Chat and models.

4. Open a lab

Drag a GNS3 project (.gns3 or .gns3project) or a Packet Tracer file (.pkt) onto the window, then ask "What is broken?". Read more in GNS3 and Packet Tracer labs.

5. Choose your language

Go to Settings (click your name, or press Ctrl+,) > General. The app speaks English, Kurdish Sorani, Kurdish Badini, Arabic, Japanese and Chinese.

New to network labs? The student setup guide shows how to install GNS3 or Packet Tracer for free.
